  10. Have fun. Peter, our Chairman, dressed up in a banana suit and was chased around Regents Park, London, by hundreds of employees to raise money for charity. Our football teams play all over the world. We have a "play room" at head office with a darts board, and bean bags and yes, even a disco ball. We think it is possible to be highly profitable, obsessively disciplined and still be a fabulously entertaining place to be.
