Working with six other marketing staff, the role will entail responsibility for creating direct marketing campaigns for a variety of industry events including: resources/mining/energy; finance; healthcare; HR; security; legal; marketing; IT & telecoms; transport. Citeline is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed individual to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Experience working with pharmaceutical company clients and conducting Web-based group trainings, highly developed presentation skills, and familiarity with drug development and clinical trial design are all components of a successful candidate’s resume. The primary objectives of this position are to support and expand the user base of our products within existing pharmaceutical company accounts, ensure current users are deriving maximum value from the products available to them, and assist the sales effort by identifying new business opportunities when interacting with clients.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities would include: - assisting the Managing Editor in the management and development of our successful list of peer reviewed journals in Engineering and Ergonomics; - liaising with academic editors and colleagues within Taylor & Francis; - preparing reports for editorial board meetings; - representing Taylor & Francis at editorial board meetings and scientific conferences; - assisting with budget data gathering;
Due to continued product and revenue growth a senior sales vacancy has arisen in Informa Law. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a large group of existing accounts and for delivering revenue growth through a specific focus on the electronic content produced by the Division and delivered through our online portal, www.i-law.com.

Working with the journals editorial and electronic manuscript management (EMS) teams, and reporting to the Managing Editors for in-house peer review, the PE’s role is to operate Taylor & Francis’s online manuscript submission and tracking system Manuscript Central ™, and provide assistance for the Editors and Associate Editors of a number of international peer-reviewed scientific journals. This position involves liaising with academic Editors in the UK and overseas and dealing with enquiries from authors and referees of papers by email and telephone.
Ensure all pre-planning of conference support and on-site conference support is organised efficiently and cost-effectively. Overall budget control lies with the Operations Manager but the co-ordinator is required to control and monitor spends within the budget in all aspects of the conference.
Working in a support role for the exhibition sales teams to provide event administration for IIR Exhibitions. Routledge have a vacancy for an Editorial Assistant to work on the Asian Studies list. This is an exciting opportunity to gain a thorough introduction to the process of publishing supporting two editors. Key responsibilities will include: organizing manuscripts for production; preparing author contracts; regular liaison with authors; arranging for the review of proposals; maintaining editorial databases and general administrative support on the list.

Extensive travel will be required. The position will be predominantly home-based when not delivering training.
