Electronic Communications

Due to recent changes in company legislation, shareholders can now choose to receive the annual report, notice of AGM and other shareholder information in electronic or paper format. The Company encourages all shareholders to receive shareholder information in electronic form so as to enable the Company to benefit from the environmental and cost benefits arising from reduced paper usage, printing and distribution. Dividend

Informa pays a dividend to all shareholders in May and October of each year. Shareholders can elect to receive shares instead of cash from their dividend allocation through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP).
